RENTAL AND RESERVATION POLICIES

1. Payment of invoice is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date.

2. Note: This display is a rental and YOU WILL be invoiced for any damaged or missing Yard Card display items @ $15 per Character.

3. You are responsible for approval from any HOA, management, or similar boards.

4. If the Yard Card display is a surprise gift for someone, we require that at least one adult in the display home is aware.

5. Please water your grass and arrange lawn services for at least 24 hrs. prior to our arrival date.
6. Please clear the yard of all debris from lawnmowers, pet waste, or anything that will prevent our team members from setting up your display.

7. We install Yard Card displays at dusk, the evening before your event, OR the morning of your event before 9 AM, and
we will pick up the display the morning following your event.

8. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a person leaning, sitting, or playing on the cards. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
9. Please do not move or adjust any part of the signage. If removal of the cards is required prior to the scheduled pick up
time. Please contact us immediately at the number listed on your invoice and Yard Card rental sign.
10. Signs are the property of Gift A Yard Card LLC, please do not throw them in the trash, or vandalize any of our signs.
11. Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.
12. We encourage you to take tons of pictures but please do not damage the display in the process.

13. By agreeing to have Gift A Yard Card LLC, participate in your celebration, you agree that Gift A Yard Card, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any persons or personal property during the set-up and removal of any rental.

 

REFUND POLICY:

​

1. If you must cancel your booking it must be done within 48 hours of your event date to be eligible for refund/credit. Due to upfront planning and sunken supply purchase costs incurred to prepare for each event, you can choose to receive half of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date to be used within 12 months of the original event date.

2. We will not set up in inclement weather. No Exceptions! Bad weather includes heavy rain, lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put our team or rental display at risk. In the event of said acts, you will receive full credit for a future booking date within 12 months of the original event date.

3. No refunds will be given due to a display placed at the wrong address as provided by the requestor.

4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

5. No refunds will be given due to an unaware homeowner preventing us from setting up a surprise lawn display.

6. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community after contact attempts go unresponsive.

7. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

8. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that is out of our control,
including homeowner associations.

9. Display are set up to the highest quality but we cannot control the weather, therefore no refunds will be given due to inclement weather affecting the display. Photos will be taken and shared after install.
